The stone at the front looks like it was one of the front support stones like the similar shaped ones at Zennor.

It only looks like one of the Zennor sidestones from a frontal view where you just see the thinnest part of the stone but when you compare the dimensions and shape they are quite different . The shortest Zennor sidestone is approx twice as wide as the Trethevy ante chamber stone .
