Our investigations and findings so far have led us to call Trethevy Quoit a 'Solar Construct'. The label of 'Portal Tomb' is based on pure conjecture!

You missed the most important part of the statement which the quote qualifies i.e. "The lunar alignments will be certain " .That is what is , at leaast ,illogical .

Earlier you said "The assumption that this is a 'Portal Tomb' is equally illogical "
You have it the wrong way round . "Solar construct " is a conjecture .

Have a look at any reasonable description of the characteristics of a portal tomb and you will find that Trethevy is a perfectly logical ideal candidate in it's mophology as well as belonging to the iconic monument type of Cornwall .

There's obviously a lot more work for us to do here, and yet we've already done what no-one else seems to have bothered with; long term, intensive observations, throughout the day, night and year! It's suprising how much more one sees when the blinkers of convention are removed and with both the eyes and the mind wide open.

My 9 year old son put it most eloquently a few weeks ago whilst we were on site for 4 days and 3 nights. He said "It's just like it's talking to us Dad, but using light and shade instead of words!"
He's absolutely right, and we're starting to learn the language in the hope that we can discover what the message is.

What was the question again? ;)
