The stones are not marked on the 1891 OS map or the more recent large scale one . Fwiw the orientation to the Quoit is close to the cross quarter day sun rises for Samhain and Imbolc , probably ideal for 3-4 days after .

We are certainly open to being convinced otherwise, but so far nobody has been able to provide any evidence. As far as we know there has never been any archaeological survey conducted here, and certainly no record of any remains, human or otherwise. We believe the structure has always been open and therefore no remains have, or will be, discovered.
