Its still pretty boggy around the edge of the green but unfortunately the fact that there is a massive prehistoric dolmen along the path seems to remain irrelevant, the path now takes you to the third tee! There's a signpost for the tee on the golf course but no mention of the tomb anywhere on the grounds. I got a lot of strange looks from passing golfers when I was setting up the tripod and scrambling around the back of the tomb.

I had planned on going back again today, you still wouldn't want to turn up here in your good shoes but with the rain this morning... Does the path that turns left at the tomb bring you to the top of Muck Rock? I didn't have time to check it out yesterday but the view must be really something on a clear day.
