Go to the lay-by at the top of Monks Rd [up from Charlesworth] and walk down to the woods of Horse Clough. There are no real 'rights-of-way' from below [and you'll need to clamber over a couple of fences to get to the stones from the top even, but we have contacted the landowner and they are cool - within reason!].
