The stone row stood near the stone bridge next to the fairyburn but was completely destroyed when the council widened the road to their offices.
Greenfield had an ancient dam and wells. Was a very special place and the family who built Greenfield House built ornamental pillars rond the main stone, sadly the council seemed not to realise it's significance as a rockery was built around it, all is gone but the site still has amagical quality.
