Au contraire, depending on your view, but the freezing conditions and snow are providing a fantastic extention to the winter climbing scene in the Lakes. Let's hope it continues well into April.

Also, anyone at Castlerigg on Sunday would've got some classic photos of the hoary old stones under snow and blue sky. Due to storm damage at my house I couldn't be there, unfortunately.
