Ha! Should have guessed you guys had been before (wish I'd read Jane's blog before I went :-)

Choirokoitia really got to me - there's quite a good Wikipedia entry on the place here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khirokitia Four or five of the houses have now been restored (you can't go in but you can go right up to them and peer through the doors and windows). Takes about fifteen minutes to climb from the bottom to the top of the whole village which is still being excavated.
