Has anyone visited this monument in recent years?

Its in a pretty remote and difficult to access spot but although there were no physical signs when I visited today , I feel that its been visited fairly recently - weird ?!!

I was up there last week when looking for chamber cairns near Alness, did Carn Liath beside Evanton, then parked at Millcraig to visit it's chamber cairn to the south with Croiche to the north. Pretty hard to find but thankfully dry(ish)! Fortunately the Mad Man Of Glass had his camera with him, as I'd been daft and left my one on the kitchen table. You'll have plenty of sites to visit up there, I'll be back up, because it isn't far away from Turriff, during the Christmas holidays.

Glad to hear I'm not going mad. I regularly walk the dog in these forests and rarely see anyone. I just had a feeling someone had been to Carn na Croich lately!!!

Some great sites to visit hearabouts. I live locally and I'm fortunate that great sites (such as Boath) are simple to get to. I must admit to prefering the challenge of finding and accessing the more obscure and lesser known monuments in this area.
