Not at all, English Heritage are still in process of deciding whether to Schedule it. If and when they do, the road they have just watched the council build over it won't be allowed to be built....

Anyone that can work out that conundrum without concluding the whole thing has been a carve-up from which someone has become enormously rich must work for a heritage quango based in the west of England....
