It would be nice if these glossary terms were available from the monuments of that type, though. Perhaps a link to the respective type page from each monument, so you can quickly see other sites of that type (?)

For those with Javascript disabled, or those using screen readers etc., the Browse By Site stuff doesn't work.

We will link back to these definitions from a site's page via the 'site type' in the title in good time, when the glossary is a bit more expansive.
If anyone wants to contribute a definition to the glossary, post them in a thread here or email it to editors@ and, subject to rudimentary checking, we'll add it.
