OK to start a new thread that the Geacachers thread bought up.
I think Churches should be included on TMA.
Many of them are built on Pagan sites and have neolithic stones incorporated into the masonry.
Alton Priors has two sarcens in the floor which are accessablr by trapdoors.
One of the stones is holed.
Yatesbury church is built on a foundation of large sarcens.
I can think of loads more in Devon that have stones inside or in the porch so the pagans could touch the stones on their way in.
Not to mention the fascinating additions to churches, Green man, Gargoyles, HunkyPunks etc.
