The site page with no content was added by Stubob as a parent page for the other three Wirksworth sites, it had no content of its own. We're generally trying to move away from site groups like that and sub-sites, so I've deleted the Wirksworth group page and moved the three individual site-pages, so that they now have Derbyshire as their parent site instead.
