Cerrig, have you really given him a location with a big high wall? If so this is such a piss take, do you not understand there are people here simply wanting to know which method works and you seem to be just playing around.

Not only is it a big high wall ,which is not a problem for calculating where the sun would have risen pre-wall , but the I have already told him what would happen on that date when standing staring at it .
Then of course there is the evasion about referees etc.
