I have given you a site George, and you are still to come back with an answer. This calculation is taking an awful long time. You must have more blackboards than Einstein if you haven't done it by now. You are obviously struggling here, or you really do just pick a number and then just go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on till the other guy just stops caring. I'm in no rush though.

Once again, for the umpteenth time, how do you find the altitude remotely( I'm aware of the different methods by the way. I'm not picking your brain, I don't need to)

What you fail to understand is that the alt and the setting and rising of the sun from your garden cannot be calculated unless the calculator knows where that garden is .The same would apply for a referee who would hold the dosh and check the the data . That makes a convenient get out for you putting your money where your mouth is .

If you are aware of some methods for finding the alt ,why do you keep asking ,when I have told you that I can't be arsed telling you even one ?

btw , That's rhetorical . We know .

It seems this has still not been understood ."What I will gladly do for you ,is take a bet ,you suggest a site and I will tell you where the sun will rise or set as seen from the site or the alt ,to the same tolerance as is usually expected from astro calc. A referee can hold the £100 and check the test ."

Keep blethering , I doubt that you can conceive just how pathetic it appears .
