Well PAS began as part of a generous social compact - laissez faire in exchange for information, a unique leap of faith that they'd play the game in return. But after 18 years PAS has finally admitted that 70% haven't kept to the deal, which means 3.8 million bundles of historical knowledge destroyed without trace, a moral crime against the country that makes the barrow diggers look like conservationists. So yes I think the 70% could very well be described as a bunch of thick, ungrateful tossers as you so succinctly (and obsessively) put it! ;)
