Drone cameras flying around the site, observing & shooting lasers at badly behaved people.

I don't have qualifications in the psychologies of crowds, event management or tactical policing but I do know that most people behave in a reasonable manner, even after a few beers. It can't be that difficult to police an event like this, for people in the know about these things?

Was in Avebury yesterday - great atmosphere just building up. Swallowhead Spring still flowing, wild orchids by Silbury at the side of A4, swallows nesting in WKLB.
A Very Lovely Place To Be.

Having a drink outside the Red Lion with some friends while waiting for the 49 bus - late afternoon, a 'friendly' policeman walked around us with a sniffer dog. The bus was late and we were treated to the sight of horse drawn caravans of travelers heading to Avebury for the celebrations.
