I've never been to the summer solstice at Stonehenge (and only once at winter) but I think i'd be disappointed if I couldn't just enjoy a couple of ales if I was staying in the vicinty!

Surely you police the idiot individuals, not make everybody elses experience more shutdown/miserable in the process?
