The background looks 'shopped based on the artifacting around the tops of the stones.

I think it is a composite image. The shadows are suspect. There's a discrepancy in the angle and length of the shadows on the stones compared to those on the ugly-bag-of-mostly-water. The lighting doesn't seem quite right either, there's a harsh vs diffuse thing going on.

None of which alters the fact that it's pretty blatantly advocating digging up of ancient monuments. And well tended ancient monuments such as those with manicured turf, tend to be scheduled ones.
