As one of the comments says, silver linings and all that. Sad about the quay at Lamorna Cove, hadn't heard about that before.

Our fence blew down last night, but doesn't seem to have unearthed any hoards of doubloons in the process.

Cornwall's coast is pretty damaged in the latest lot of storms, and more to come, but Looe's Tourist Centre, is saying 'please come to Cornwall on holiday', hopefully the train service will be working by Easter...

We experienced a minor 'tornado' in Essex, ripped the fence down between the houses - scary, the world darkened, thunder and lightening crashing, wind and rain buffeting the windows, climate change is here....
