Coronal discharge is real enough.

Apparently "the free radicals and ions generated in corona reactions can be used to scrub the air of certain noxious products, through chemical reactions, and can be used to produce ozone". So maybe megaliths are good for you!

It can also generate blue light which some people claim to have seen - and to make a sound. Wonder if that's the basis of the famous hummadruzz. Haven't heard that mentioned here lately.

Standing stones are referred to as earth batteries, storing up telluric electromagnetic energies, in their case from a natural source

The Cossec technique would seem to be by-passing the high voltage inducement the Kirlian method uses
