Hope you get it sorted soon Mr S. Heard on the radio yesterday of a cunning telephone scam. The villain calls you pretending to be from your bank. Cleverly says you should hang up, ring your bank to check that he’s legit. Good idea you think so you hang up and call your bank. Your bank answers and tells you that everything is legit and not to worry so you give out all your details and the villain walks away laughing to himself. How’s it done? Answer’s upside down at the bottom of your monitor :-)
