What happens Rhiannon is this:

I can either zoom in or use the 'dotted square' and see the map until I get close enough for the red dots/pins to appear. However, once I am this close the background changes from the map to solid grey. So, i can see the dots/pins and see the information box on the left hand side of the screen but not the map itself. This makes trying to work out what I am looking at something of a problem!
