Is anybody heading Wessex way for a bit of megalith hunting this bank holiday weekend? If you fancy a bit of a tour give me a shout on here and maybe we can organise something.

Not down for the bank holiday but there for a week or two taking in the summer solstice, and if you're local would welcome a wander one afternoon.
Dunno what we'd take in as i've "done" most of the sites, but always good to meet a fellow stonehead and put a face to a name. :)

Toying we with the idea of a trawl down Salisbury way, possibly tomorrow, but it will be very much a last minute decision, as usual with us.

Hoping to take in Danebury, Figsbury and the replica Neolithic houses at Old Sarum among other sites.

Here's hoping the weather's good and we're up for the journey!
