Thanks PMM, I will (thanks too HSD and Astral Cat). I downloaded something called
PC Health Boost the other day which looked like a genuine microsoft add-on - I've had problems since then. Apologies for implicating Head Heritage - I suppose the fact it happened when I logged in there made me think it was genuine (initially).
