Oh OK, I thought it might be a little creature who lives in caves.

Or an insult, e.g. "You're such a Sheffieldshire bimble!" (I might start using that.)

Is it a Sheffield word? My husband knows it (- he's a Sheffielder -) but I don't (and I'm not).
