Sorry to be such a cheerleader for EH but how precisely do you want them to handle 2,750 (and sometimes 10,000) visitors a day that is radically different from what they are planning?

If it is too much of a problem for them then cut the numbers back as I've already suggested. They won't do that so nothing will change.

Right must get on and sort my own problems out :-)
