Just came across this rather splendid web-site which seems to have loads of info about the whole of Ireland; also sells county guide pocket books which could prove very useful.

I dont know this guy at all, but basically he took all the sites Ive visited and posted on here and turned them into his book on County Tipperary. Thats fair enough I guess, he has gone and visited them all but even an email to say hey while doing it would have been nice.
