Ah yes, I have come across Maria but we haven't actually met - I think we may have a mutual friend in Steve Marshall who did some research a couple of years back for an article on dowsing around Avebury.

Going back to the original thread - the past contributor from whom I have learnt the most is also very much a present contributor - namely Rhiannon. The Folklore section is a brilliant data base.
