<rant>Bastards! How dare the 'Real Countryside Alliance paint a huntsman and a 3 hounds onto the Uffinton White Horse!?! How dare they adopt the beautiful words 'liberty' and 'livelihood' to further their disgraceful, murderous cause!</rant>

Maybe you should tell one of them what you think of them. Wandering around google we see a couple of people were named by the Times in May as belonging to this group.
Mark Miller-Mundy was the most conspicuous name and seems to have written a piece on Mink hunting, (http://www.huntinginquiry.gov.uk/evidence/markmillermundy-mink.htm) which has his email address on it.

I saw that though I read that the figure was made of carpet or something, so presumably it's laying on top of the horse as opposed to being painted on it?
