Does anyone have any recommendations of places to stay that make a good home base? Pitlochry and Fort William are two areas I want to use as a central base, but I've had really weird experiences (in Fort William in particular) even though they looked good on their websites. I need places that can take groups, a double, twin and single would be minimum sized place.
