I think 'odd' is the word. I don't think it's trying to make money as the info and links all point to different websites that are probably unaware of its existence. It looks more like a robot generated site but what for I've no idea, it doesn't seem to be booby trapped, maybe it's trying to gather email addresses in the comment boxes? Who knows?
