That pic with the salamander, Dodge, is that a stone circle up in the hills in the top right of the picture?

Wow Branwen...good eye! I never noticed that in the painting. And its a large one too. If i remember it right, when i saw it in Zurich, it was at 3 to 4 feet across... Really when i looked at it my eye focused on the Salamander! He has a grinning Bull-Dog look about his face. And one can't help wonder what his intention towards the maiden is.....
If you clicked on the main picture it blows up as big as it will go....
It sure does look it be a little circle in the distance though....
The Artist was Swiss though....Any Circles in Switzerland?
