TMA Avebury Meetup for Oct 31st

As discussed by those who could attend the last Megameet at Avebury, some suggested about doing another meetup for Halloween / Samhain this year.

Myself and probably others would be interested in seeing what goes on up there for this occasion and of course a great excuse for another meet up.

So... Would anyone be interested and be able to make it this year?

Nice to see you back here! :)

I remember talking about a possible meet up at Halloween - sounds like a great plan! Will have to let you know nearer the time (I know it's not that far off anyway!) as I'm not sure what we're doing yet... Would be nice to see people again tho. Had a great time at the Megameet and it's always a long time till th next one.

Gimme another week or so and I'll have more of an idea. :)

There's a Frank Zappa group that puts together a live 'tape' and then distribute it and all listen to it at a prearranged time. Which I think is great. R3's Live From The Met is a similar scheme. But remember that Halloween is not true Samhain day - that'll be closer to Bonfire Night.

Dammit! Sorry, Dan (and Scubi)!

Looks like we'll most likely NOT be going to Avebury this weekend after all!

That's not to say we won't just go on the spur of the moment, but right now this minute it seems unlikely...

Shame - looks like it could be a lorra fun... The weather looks OK Saturday as well. Can't say I'm not tempted...

Hope that whoever ends up there enjoys it! :)

The druid forum I used to be on is also having a meetup there on the 31st... should be interesting.
