The word 'nice' is an odd little word isn't it, see here for definitions:-

It is interesting that it comes from the Latin 'nescience' meaning 'absence of knowledge or awareness; ignorance'.

That's interesting isn't it. I didn't know that until I responded to your post. Thank you as ever, for helping to expand my knowledge of the English language.
