Wouldn't say i'm against it particulary, if it was made with the intention of fakery though that'd be a different story.
if it was done recently it's not a very good attempt is it, especially with what you'd expect from modern tools, if indeed modern tools were used, i expect they were as you'd be hard pushed to make such narrow "channels" with a stone tool, especially if the stone is in a precarious position which i assume it is by the nature of the site the pic was posted on.
