Did anyone see the C4 programme new years eve on Bath Group Reincarnation and the Cathars by Time Team man Robinson. If so did he mention that Guirdham wrote fantasy novels about this subject matter during the 1940's - I only found this out with the advent of the Internet and vast catalogues of print entered onto data bases.

I talked to Guirdham in 1988, and I found him either a little evasive or going GaGa. I dunno which. I found the part of Tony Robinson's programme I caught basically crap.

Also further research in that invaluable ;) resource Wikipedia shows that Zoe Oldenbourg wrote the following book in 1959........

Le Bûcher de Montségur (1959), non-fiction, published in English as Massacre at Montségur: A History of the Albigensian Crusade (translated by Peter Green).

Which gives our Bath Reincarnation females plenty of time to do their homework by 1962 and absorb their 'nightmares' - not that I'm sceptical, and no I did'nt see the programme either....
