It was in boultham park in lincoln, where there's a gateway to another world/dimension, it was placed where 3 faults meet on earthquake epicentre, not long back there was a quake on another epicentre just outside lincoln in the wolds and all the power (plasma, electromagnetic etc) came down fault to circle (the floor around circle ripples like slow moving water) gave it a nice charging, so it may be ready for someone to go up up and away and communicate with the illuminous being in its temple of light (it once touched me on shoulder ,cleansing me and changing my life).
