if I didn't already have the book I'd be rushing to buy this as it is essential reading
It has a wonderful section on the disputed Pagan Anglo-Saxon versus Norman origins of Bailey Hill in Bradfield near Sheffield which is located behind St Nicholas' church. Not a prehistoric site (or is it ;) ) but well worth a visit in the context of this thread.
Also some interesting ideas about the Head Stone/Cock Crowing stone on the Rivelin Valley
