The Carrowmore sites in Ireland are dated at 7500 BCE and Kercarno in France has a circular stone setting dated to 7500 BCE around a burial chamber

Do you mean Kercado? As far as I knew the tumulus is from around 4800bc but the circle around it is said to be 2000 years younger....

this site gives 5,400 bce (disputed) for Carrowmore:

a date of approx 4,500 bce is given for a stone circle in Southern Egypt, a circle arguably sharing similarities with sites like Stonehenge in terms of its solstice alignment?
