I forgot what this was called when I posted on Rhiannons thread, so I'm glad some folks saw it. Turns out that my mates dad was the original 1978 sound recordist on this, which I didn't know until afterwards.
It was interesting viewing.

I once watched a version of this kind of thing done in by French TV a few years ago.
They kind of wore the gear, and tried to live in an Iron Age way, but it was difficult to believe because they were still so, well, French.

I think they were allowed to smoke cigarettes too!

Sorry, Wiggy - I didn't put 2 and 2 together! Yeah - it was worth seeing - was really good to see them really making some kind of an effort in making it "real"...
