Yes I felt quite miserable about it when I woke up. I try to ignore my birthday, then it arrives and is unavoidable.

I'm feeling a bit better now having ridden my motorbike and spent the morning here http://www.oum.ox.ac.uk/collect/zoology.htm drawing birds and animals. I drew a regent bower bird, a cock-of-the-rock, a tamandua and a meerkat. I also had a look at some tremendous fossils and looked for some time at an amazing bird called a hoatzin.
