Fair enough.
I can't understand why there has been no anti litter campaigns.
Must be 25 years plus since any were run on TV.
There just seems to be an attitude that someone else will come along and clear up.
Local councils only seem to clean town centres.
And yet in many areas across the country opinion polls seem to say it is what most people want. The litter cleared up.
