'Stone Circle' is actually by Ian Anderson solo, on the album 'Divinities: 12 Dances with god' (or summat like that - long title I can't remember).

There is a track on Tull's Stormwatch that mentions a standing stone. 'Solstice Bells' might mention summat too. And mebbe another that's slipping my mind.

I'd guess you're after a bit more than the odd lyrical mentions though!
