Hi june j

Yes of course I remember you, June, and glad to know someone out there is reading - and enjoying! - my blog :-)

We do indeed know about Nick Harper at the Vic in Swindon on Tuesday and I will be there with Moth and my son, Rupe. Nick is playing Oxford tonight and I am dragging half my family and some friends along, too, to share his wondrousness with them. We're also going to see him play London next week, too. *big fans!*

I'm sure the Eds won't mind us conversing this way ... just this once, especially as Harpic is virtually a neighbour of Julian's!

Harpically excited!

(I saw the article in the Swindon paper, too, a very good write-up!)

Hello again Jane,

I know I'm going to get my wrists slapped any minute now but have just read your web-site post about Nick Harper last night in Oxford. He sounded on great form and I too am very much looking forward to seeing him on Tuesday. I first saw him four or five years ago at the local Arts Centre - went along on a standby ticket not really knowing anything about him and had a wonderful evening. Discovered a work colleague went to school with him in Marlborough, so tomorrow I will show her your web-post if thats ok, as she too is a devotee and will be there on Tuesday.

I'll look out for you on Tuesday and give a little wave.

Best wishes and thanks for all the enthusiastic and inspiring stuff on your web-site.

june (I AM going to shut up now, promise, promise, promise!)
