And if your based in Redruth you might want to check out some of the local sites such as nine maidens (carnmenellis) stone circle, Burras menhir Prospidnick menhir, Eathorne menhir, Pixie hall fogou (constantine area) all well worth a visit as well as the host of sites on the lizard. I think Halligye fogou is open till the end of the month. Photogenically speaking you get fantastic sunsets over the lizard especially Goonhilly area.
