BBC2 7pm Sunday.
I think this is a repeat of the series shown about a year ago, well worth a watch.

"Journeying back in time, Ray discovers what man's Stone Age ancestors would have eaten. He compares today's microwave meals and fast-food snacks with a diet of wilted nettles and berries, and asks whether, in an age where obesity is a growing problem in Britain, anything can be learnt from the Stone Age diet. He begins in Australia, hearing from Aborigines about what food means to a hunter-gatherer, and its role in their culture."
