OT: Perseid meteor shower

I saw a grand total of 2! 2 bloomin' Perseids! One on Saturday (quite a beauty, mind you!) and one yesterday...

For my money, 2 Perseids does not a meteor shower make. I shall be writing to the BBC about this...

Sky clear as a bell when I went to sleep. . woke at 3AM to drive out in the country, clouded over. Completely!
