Hi Snap, I went off to Stoney Littleton Longbarrow this glorious morning,
for some peace and quiet but when I got there, I could see people deep inside the passage. When they emerged, three to be precise, one was a North American Indian, ponytailed and a beautiful aquiline nose, I would have dearly loved to have asked him what he thought of our prehistoric longbarrow set in the midst of the english countryside. Your poem captures all the weird and wonderful that dance round our prehistory ;)....

Cheers , got the thoughts from a stone I found in a hole at Avebury (I couldn't find a replacement(stone) but came across a Mole that had just died(still warm) so I put that in the hole don't know if this was right but it felt so, the PTSD is making me more wierd
