Hello everybody,

You might have noticed that TMA has taken some tentative steps into Europe! We have added Denmark, France & the Netherlands to the TMA Ed database, and with endless thanks to Jane & Moth, Kammer & Spaceship Mark we have populated these areas quite substantially.

We're taking a slightly different tactic with Europe to the way we've handled the UK & Ireland. Site submissions will come through to us for approval, so we Eds can carefully check out a site before it appears in the main database. This is really just to help us out in terms of figuring out whether a site *should* be on TMA. However we don't want to put folks' noses out of joint, so if any users have site listings & photos/info for any parts of Europe, and want to help out by populating an area en masse, then please get in touch with us and we'll arrange it.

We're going to take Europe quite slowly; we feel the best way forward is to populate with content, not just empty site listings. Where this is unavoidable it would be nice to at least provide a balance; examples of the sorts of sites found in each country etc.

Wow! It's looking great!
I'd love to add some stuff myself - I've got a fair amount of detail (grid refs, photos and notes) on most of Menorca and Mallorca - please let me know how I can contribute these.

I'm shedding a small tear here for the loss of norn iron to the UK, and Ireland becoming Éire. What did someone once say "Progress was great, but it went on too long"? or "too far". Boo hoo.
